The National Audit Office is established by the Law no. 05/L-055 on the Auditor General and the National Audit Office of the Republic of Kosovo, and its organisation is regulated by internal administrative acts.
The management is focused on staff capacity development and promotion through establishment of policies and processes that promote joint governance based on values and contributions.
The organisational structure is designed to address different audit types carried out in accordance with the advanced global practices.
The audit staff is trained and certified, and solidly experienced to address implementation of the NAO’s Strategic Plan and Operational Plans.
